🏀 GAME 5 RECAP – EQUILIBRIUM vs FORESTLINE

Final Score: Equilibrium 87 – 🟢Forestline 81

Week 3 brought playoff-level intensity, as two of the league’s most disciplined squads went head-to-head in a gritty, defensive battle.

🌲Forestline came in short-handed without leading scorer Enrico DiLoreto, but proved they’re more than a one-man show. Conrad Esguerra was a force on both ends, dropping 23 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists, and a league-record 6 steals, setting the tone with relentless energy. Brandon Christenson also made a strong impression in his BUBL debut, putting up 21 points and showing he belongs in the rotation.

⚖️ Equilibrium, playing with just five players, leaned on chemistry, toughness, and execution. EJ Bantigue put together one of the most complete performances of the season — 28 points, 17 rebounds, 7 assists, and 2 steals — showcasing polished footwork and paint dominance. But the night belonged to Morgan Atanga, who broke out in a big way with 36 points, 15 rebounds, and a league-record 4 blocks, delivering timely buckets and defensive stops when it mattered most.

The win moves Equilibrium to 2–1, while Forestline suffers their first loss of the season, falling to 2–1 as well.
